I've started something new.
I call it Temple Art
I painstakingly embroider and embellish pieces of art on inches of thread.

Spent the stroke of midnight 
with cool sand in my feet, 
a lantern in my hand 
and a prayer on my lips 
as I sent the message out into the universe 
amidst thousands of fireworks and lanterns.

It's not Ditchember after all
King Rama IX has summoned for me
I'm off to meet him in Siam

Most Decembers are times of merriment and joy
Most Decembers I take a walkabout holiday to recharge
This December seems more like a Ditchember to me.

Sometimes I wish I lived in a SnowGlobe
Imagine how pretty and easy life would be
A single movement would cause bazillion snow flakes to fall around me
Wouldn't that be loverly

The KingFather had a minor surgery last week.
So, it was back in and out of hospitals.
We survived that with God's blessings but are in for a major round 2.
Getting him to listen to us in the house.
I find myself yelling a helluva lot.
Not very nice.

It's been three wonderful years since the King and I have been together
