Last night a total stranger said to me

I'm still not sure if it was a compliment or an insult.

Confronted the Queen Mother and the King on their opinions

Sometimes the random things that you do in your life lead to knocking opportunities

Yesterday I helped a friends fiancé shop for her wedding and her trousseau
And I was extremely confident in helping her pick her outfits
I wish I was as confident when I shop for myself
I always need the King's approval

Last night this song started to play
And it took me back to the best years of my life
The time I spent in uni in Australia
And suddenly the flood gates opened
And I sobbed and sobbed and sobbed
And I have no idea why

I feel fat
I know I've put on weight
And I can't be buggered to do a thing about it

As you know, I've been trying everything to mask the smell of the massage oil...
From body washes to shower gels to body sprays and even expensive french parfum...
The only thing that currently helps mask it the most is...
A Good ol' fashioned bar of Dettol Soap

I've finally started the treatment for my cervical spondylosis
It includes having a doctor prescribed massage along the nerves for 45 minutes a day
It's definitely not a relaxing spa like massage from any angle
And the worst part is the dirty smelling oil that refuses to leave despite copious amounts of soap, shower gels, moisturizers and perfume.
Don't be surprised if you smell me a mile away...

I am a totally non-political person
I have absolutely no interest in politics at all
However, I find myself glued to the television
Watching history being made
With the largest ever funeral procession of Bal Thackeray

Yesterday I noticed something that did not bring a smile to my face
The King had dry skin on his feet
Despite the pain shooting down my neck
I brought a tube of cream and sat and massaged it into his feet
Until it was sparkly clean and soft like a baby's bottom

Terrible News
I've been officially diagnosed with Cervical Spondylosis
X-rays don't lie and neither does the shooting pain in my arm and neck
Don't you dare even think it
No calling me a 'pain in the neck'

Last night was wonderful

The King's mother, the King and I shared a pizza

Followed by the King and I singing 'Tiny Dancer'

Some evenings are truly magical

It's the time of year when my best planning skills come into play
Yes, I'm planning my Christmas break
And I for one, can't wait.

Last night at Party number 2
The King wanted a refill of his drink
Imagine this
A woman wearing a short black skirt who we just met
jumped up and said she would get it for him
Then bent over and said "Spank me"
Go figure
That'll be all 

The King and I celebrated our 4 years together at a wonderful party
While the party was not in our honor, we still felt very special by just being there
So many of our close friends were invited but most of them did not know about our special day
(The King is very private like that)
However at the stroke of midnight, he whisked me away from the table
And led me onto the empty dance floor
There, with the Jazz band playing he twirled me round and danced me to heaven and back
I'm a happy Queen, I am

Tomorrow is 4 years since the King and I have been together :)
