My mothers best friend passed away yesterday
She was like a sister to her and knew her since they were little girls
She was like a second mum to me and always played mediator when my mother and I would disagree
She passed in a blink of an eye, literally here one second and gone the other
I know my mother is going to miss her
But the truth of the matter is
